These terms set the basic rules for using Piqelo and clarify the boundary between Piqelo’s research service and third-party retailers.
Piqelo provides research and decision support
Piqelo helps people compare products, understand evidence and find retailer offers. Piqelo is not the seller of products shown on the site unless a page explicitly says otherwise.
- Recommendations are informational and depend on evidence, preferences and market conditions available at the time.
- Prices, stock, shipping, taxes, warranties, returns and seller terms can change after Piqelo last checked them.
- A purchase is made with the retailer or seller you choose; that third party’s terms govern the transaction.
- Nothing on Piqelo is financial, medical, legal or other regulated professional advice.
Do not interfere with the service or merchant traffic
You may not intentionally disrupt Piqelo, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, generate artificial affiliate activity, automate fake clicks or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Attribution does not transfer ownership
Piqelo’s original text, design, scoring framework and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Product names, retailer names, source names, trademarks and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Source attribution does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Evidence can be incomplete and services can change
Piqelo works to keep information accurate and transparent, but cannot guarantee that every third-party specification, price, stock status, review, link or service will always be complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Piqelo is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights are not removed by these Terms.
Material changes will be reflected here
